Renovations & Additions in Blue Ridge Mountains
Project Details
VPC Builders had the honor and privilege of renovating the stunning Oak Ridge Remodel situated in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. VPC upgraded the exterior as well as renovated the front and back of the home. Other work done includes fresh paint and stain, a brand-new cedar shake roof, new deck extension, timber frame covered porch, spa room, and stone finish on the exterior.
Luxury Details
On the front of the house, a covered porch was fabricated, hand-hewn Douglas fir rhododendron style railing was mounted and accented by Douglas Fir timber beams. Tongue and groove ceilings were also constructed above the porch and the exterior flooring is pressure treated decking.
Outdoor Spaces
On the back of the home, a covered porch was built providing a cozy and multipurpose deck, not to mention a stunning custom chandelier, that overlooks beautiful mountain vistas. The covered porch also features tongue and groove ceilings. Lastly, a spectacular spa room was built with a custom hot tub that was installed with Trex decking floors and a custom garage door entrance.
