VPC Builders was afforded the opportunity to work with Blue Ridge Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicines, Inc. to complete a commercial interior renovation. This project included an entire interior uplift for their newest office location in Newland, NC.
Floor Plan
The interior work consisted of framing new walls, installing drywall, paint, new flooring and cabinets, casework, and upgraded fixtures. In the lobby, a new partition glass was installed at the receptionist’s desk as well as patching, repairing, and painting the surrounding walls. High visibility LED lighting and a brand-new air filtration system were installed for exam rooms and the entire building.
Luxury Detail
For the bathrooms, the VPC team members updated the plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and toilet accessories. In the kitchen, a brand-new eyewash station was installed along with new cabinets, Formica countertops, new appliances, shelves, and LVP flooring.
Working with an experienced contractor, maintaining quality communication, and strong collaboration is important for creating a successful final product. VPC was thrilled to help assist with Blue Ridge Pediatrics, complete their office renovation, and are excited to see what is in store for them in their new building.
