Absolutely fantastic experience working with VPC. This is my second time working with VPC and I am more impressed the second time around than the first. Dave and Tyler made this project so stress-free. Very professional, gets back to you and answers your questions promptly. Shows up on time and the project was done beautifully. I will be looking for more projects to use them again in the future. I wish everyone was as professional as VPC and Tyler was. Highly recommend!

We worked with VPC to build our new home over the last couple of years. We are extremely satisfied with the overall process as well as the outcome. From the very first phone call with Matt Vincent, the owner of the company, we felt very solid with our decision to sign on with VPC. His professionalism and high standards are exhibited throughout the entire staff. Everyone we worked with was respectful and dedicated, yet always approachable. Special kudos to Chris Johnson and Jake Smith, our project management team, for their personal commitment to getting the project done right. Their flexibility and creativity in working with us to develop solutions to unexpected challenges allowed for a better result. VPC does a great job of cross training everyone so that an unexpected absence or leave time does not derail the project timeline. Even while working through all the challenges of COVID (supply chain issues, exorbitant price increases, staffing shortages, etc.) we always felt that Matt was steering the ship forward towards a good outcome. We do not hesitate to recommend VPC Builders. Contact them early in your process as they are now expanding the design side of their business and we're sure that using them for both the design and build of your project would provide even more satisfaction.

Tracy and I wanted to take some time to thank Matt, Charlie, Gary, Nick, Meredith and all involved in building our house. This thank you is a long time coming. From the very start of the project to the finish the process was so much fun with Matt’s crew in charge. Most people say that a new home build is one of the most stressful events encountered in life, well that was certainly not our experience! For the entire build, the VPC team was there whenever we had a question or concern about even the smallest detail. After being in our new home for a few months loving it and getting accustomed to our new surroundings Matt contacted us and sent Gary Smith our project manager over to again make sure we were happy and satisfied...That is REAL customer service! I wish we had more money so we could build another house with VPC Builders!! These people not only delivered on what they had promised, they went above and beyond to make sure our dream came true. Tracy and I are honored to have had the VPC team build our home and to call all of them our friends.

Charlie and the VPC team did a wonderful job building our custom home. Matt and his Team were involved from day 1 with this multi-year project, beginning with the review of the site prior to purchase, recommendation of architects (and other service providers), review and comments on the proposed Plans and, of course, building the home. Matt and Charlie made time to answer questions and participate in design and construction meetings. Their knowledge of sound building practices, appropriate materials, proper building techniques and creative solutions to unanticipated issues were invaluable. Although the house is located near Blowing Rock, we were living out of state during the entire project, so we were very concerned with selecting a trustworthy, experienced and knowledgeable company - and VPC did not disappoint. Their ownership of the Project was tremendous; we would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. The project is now complete, and we have moved into the home, and Matt continues to follow up and proactively make sure our transition and home is the best it could be. They are to be commended on a "job well done".

We just purchased a home that needed some quick repairs for closing and to enable us to move in prior to the holidays. Matt and Wendell went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed on time and as we requested. They have also been extremely helpful with suggestions and have been prompt with responses and quotes for other projects we have in mind. VPC will be our contractor of choice for all of our future projects!

Matt has always been available, construction costs have been accurate, no surprises, VPC has handled everything starting with the design. This is my 5^th custom home project, and it has been the smoothest so far. Accurate numbers, professional staff, clean job site, on schedule. I highly recommend Matt and VPC and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
