Ski Retreat
Design – Build in Beech Mountain
Project Details
This slope side timber frame retreat hosts four-bedrooms and five baths with remarkable views of Beech Mountain Ski Resort. A magnificent custom made mahogany door welcomes the family and guests into the main living area. The first floor has an open floor plan which allows guests to mingle from the kitchen to the main living areas including a copper accented bar. The second floor offers a peaceful solitude and is accessed by a one of a kind curved walnut staircase with steal bar and rails or take a ride in the elevator. The home also features ski storage that doubles as an art piece, a petrified wooden vessel sink, and a three-car garage with exterior parking for a Sprinter van. The 4,690 square foot timber frame home is adorned with tongue and groove ceilings, up lighting, copper accents and custom finishes. This family has visited the mountains of North Carolina for many generations and we are thankful we were able to help them build their dream mountain home.
