VPC’s Rivers Edge Remodel is a stunning custom home remodel located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The renovation of this space included a total remodel of the kitchen, upgrading bathroom finishes, interior wallpapering, and painting, installing wall paneling as well as new railing in the entryway and great room.

Luxury Details

The kitchen was fully remodeled with vinyl plank flooring, custom backsplash on the wall above the stove, and fantasy granite countertops with eased edges. The cabinets displayed are Koch Maple White with 5-piece door and drawer fronts. The upgraded appliances showcased are the dual fuel range, custom vent hood hidden with cabinetry, and a farm sink.

Other features to highlight include the custom iron rhodo – styled pine railing installed in the open concept great room with a poly-stained finish. The entryway paneling installed is a poplar bark with wainscoting and a cedar trim topped off with a poly finish.
The paneling also includes an HVAC custom cedar recirculating vent. Lastly, the VPC team touched up the existing bathrooms with new vanities, interior paint coats, wallpaper, and client-picked light fixtures.
